Data collected
We only collect data that you voluntarily submit to us via the website's forms (contact, application): • Identity: first and last name • Contact details: email, phone • Company (optional) • Content of your message or application • Resume (only if you send it to us by email) Anonymous audience measurement: we use Matomo, free open-source software self-hosted on our OVH servers (France/EU). The following data is collected anonymously: pages visited, visit duration, device type, referrer. IP address truncated (last 2 octets removed). No cookies are placed, no data is transferred to third parties. Your browser's "Do Not Track" preference is respected.
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to: • Respond to your contact request • Review your application and contact you • Ensure the technical security of the website The legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6 FADP / art. 6 GDPR) or the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.
Retention period
Data from a contact message is kept for the time necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum of 12 months. Applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process, then deleted or kept for up to 24 months with your consent for future opportunities.
Recipients
Your data is processed exclusively by Peakton SA and is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be hosted with our technical provider OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), within the European Union.
Your rights

Peakton SA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The site is protected by HTTPS and a set of standard security headers.
